To fully exploit the organisations potential we now require a talented professional to join our up and coming Utilities, Power division.           

The Leading Hand will assist with the management of on-site construction activities whilst managing their own crew in a practical hands-on fashion. They will work closely with the Project Manager to achieve project time and budget objectives to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Applicants should demonstrate the following:

  • 5+ years practical site experience.
  • Background delivering projects to Energex standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to manage your own crew.
  • Experience working in urban, built up locations.
  • Experience in reticulation for subdivisions.
  • Experience with traffic signals an advantage.
  • Experience with rate 2 and 3 lighting an advantage.
  • Experience in telecommunications/NBN a plus.
  • Current Driver’s License.
  • MR/HR Truck License will be highly regarded.

This is full time permanent position with a fully maintained company vehicle.
