Due to the continued development and growth of our Power division we now need a talented Project Management professional to join the team.
The Project Manager will manage on site infrastructure and engineering functions for the purpose of achieving project time and budget objectives whilst working under the guidance and mentoring of a General Manager. Other areas of focus for this role will be infrastructure programming, people management, project safety, risk management, quality assurance, financial forecasting and reporting.
Applicants should be commercially aware with a strong understanding of head and subcontract agreements. The successful candidate will be required to develop, implement and manage an appropriate budget and forecasts for their projects whilst gathering all the information required to prepare all relevant contractual claims, variations and associated correspondence.
Applicants should demonstrate the following:
- EFM or Electrical Engineer qualification.
- Tertiary qualification in Project Management.
- Extensive industrial electrical project experience.
- Competence with electrical switchboard installation.
- Familiarity with PLC/SCADA control systems.
- Competence with Autocad Electrical an advantage.
- Manage a diverse team of trades, engineers and subbies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to be an autonomous Pensar representative.
- Strong organisational and people management skills.
- Commitment, energy, drive and attention to detail.
